Questions investors ask
How does tourism generate returns?+
Investors receive a quarterly revenue share from all lodge, cable-car, food and adventure bookings after operating costs and reserves.
Is the project environmentally safe?+
Yes — a carrying-capacity study limits visitor numbers, and 3,200 hectares are under conservation covenant with UNDP oversight.
