A 1,200-unit mixed-income residential estate in the Ibeju-Lekki corridor, delivered through a public-private partnership with the Lagos State Ministry of Housing. Units are pre-sold to qualified buyers via a mortgage-linked scheme, with construction payments backed by off-take commitments.
